All orders over $500 will be $25.95 insured and shipped by express mail using the United States Postal Services. Orders under $500 will have the option to choose from $7.95 Priority (2-Day) shipping or $25.95 Express shipping through the USPS.
We also offer FREE in-store pick-up during regular business hours.
Orders over $1000 will require verification prior to shipping.
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you need to guarantee your order arrive by a certain date or time, please contact Holtans@hbci.com.

Insurance will be included on all purchases over $300.
Tracking
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you with confirmation that your order has shipped.
Giftwrap
We offer free giftwrap on any item purchased from Holtan's Jewelry. Please contact us if you would like your order giftwrapped prior to shipping!
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be done on unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of original purchase. Please call the store or email brittney@holtansjewelry.com. Shipping fees will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. The items may also be returned in store at no charge.
