Holtan’s Jewelry Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Options

All orders over $500 will include complimentary insured express mail delivery using the United States Postal Services and orders over $250 will include complimentary priority mail shipping. Orders under $250 will have the option to choose from $10.95 Priority (2-Day) shipping or $29.45 Express shipping through the USPS.

We also offer FREE in-store pick-up during regular business hours.

Orders over $1000 will require verification prior to shipping.

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you need to guarantee your order arrive by a certain date or time, please contact the store at (507) 237-0380 or Holtans@hbci.com .

Insurance

Insurance will be included on all purchases over $250.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you with confirmation that your order has shipped.

Giftwrap

We offer free giftwrap on any item purchased from Holtan's Jewelry. Please contact us if you would like your order giftwrapped prior to shipping!

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be done on unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of original purchase. Please call the store or email holtans@hbci.com. Shipping fees will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. The items may also be returned in store at no charge.
