When is curbside service available?
As of right now, curbside service is available Monday through Friday from10am to 2pm.
Do I need to call ahead or schedule an appointment?
It is not required but always helpful to know when you might be arriving since our doors will be locked we will know to be watching for you.
What services are available for curbside?
Most services are available for curbside. If you aren't sure if what you need can be done curbside, please call/message us and we will determine the best way to help you.

How does repair drop off work?
We ask that you bring your item in a plastic baggie already labeled with your name and phone number. We ask that all items be left with us (even the items that under normal circumstances could be done while you wait). We will sanitize the item before inspecting or working on the item then call when your item or quote is ready.
How does contactless payment work?
If you are purchasing an item through our website for curbside pick-up or shipping, you will make your payment right on the website. If you need to pay for a repair or other service, we will send you a contactless payment link that is quick and easy to use.
I have questions - how can I contact you?
You can call us at the store during curbside service hours (507-454-6449). Otherwise, you can text us or send us a facebook message anytime. We will get back to you as pormptly as we are able.
I need an engagement ring or custom design - can you still help me?
Yes! We can still help you! The best way to proceed would be to send us a message and we will make arrangements for a private appointment.
